CzechiaRationale: Czechia’s optimal is above 4 and yet it has so far had only 3 regions. It has been decided to split of the eastern historical region of Silesia (bordering Poland) which is also the industrial centre of the country.
New region - Silesia
The new region includes Moravia-Silesia administrative region (Ostrava) as well as the north of Olomouc region called Jesenik. If you have been to these regions, you will need to register them as visited to get this region; if you have ONLY been to this region, you should then delete Moravia (Brno), which is where the ‘old’ region registration remains.
